Love the store and knowledgeable employees! Laid back atmosphere coincides with the ecliptic style of pets! I would say a little pricey but you have knowledge on their merchandise; so it's considered a fair trade in my book.
The best experience ever! The employees were very though and put there time and effort into helping there customers. She helped take her time just to talk to my kid, and explained how to take care of the animals there. I would definitely recommend this place best experience ever!!!
This store is amazing. My girlfriend and I drove 3 hours to come here and it’s safe to say we were both impressed. The girl that worked there was incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and helped us pick an amazing boa. I’ve asked them multiple questions by the phone and through Facebook and it’s always been quick, polite, and knowledgeable response. I can’t say enough good about them. I can’t wait to come back by again.
The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. They let my son hold some baby snakes and told him important things about caring for the reptiles. They were patient with my 7 year old, who wanted to hold every creature in the building!
The staff here is amazing. We are here once a week for our snakes and we drive 30mins out of the way to do so. We will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend!
