We have a beautiful waterfall in our backyard which had started to leak. My husband tried to find and fix the leak himself but could not locate where the leaking was coming from. I found Jeff from Paradise Ponds and sent him several pictures of the leaking waterfall. When he came over, he knew exactly where the leaking came from and fixed it right away. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain every question I asked about the leak, and helped address other issues like algae. I feel very lucky to have found Paradise Pond and Waterfalls and highly recommend their services. Now, I can enjoy my waterfall again.

After researching on Google for a pond company that does repairs, I chose Paradise Ponds and Waterfalls of Atlanta. I spoke to Jeff directly and explained that I had a leak in my pond. The water kept going down, but no water to be seen outside on the ground. He said he was very busy at this time. I waited patiently for him to get back to me, which he did and diagnosed the problem immediately. No leak, just the bio filter media was placed in wrong in the upper waterfall filter. What a relief. He cleaned the filters and completed the job the same day. It was great to have someone who is knowledgeable and reliable. If I ever have another pond problem, I will use him again.
They came out to inspect my koi pond. They were very professional and timely. Highly recommend
We have had a great experience with Paradise Ponds. In the past the services we used could not keep the pond clear. Just one visit from Paradise and our pond has been crystal clear for months. I would recommend them highly. They are honest and do a great job. We are so glad we found them.
