Slowest facility in calhoun. Front desk staff goofs off and eats while on the clock. I've been waiting for a whole hour with no indication why. I would not recommend going here sadly you'd get faster service at the ER.

If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not come to this facility. They are very slow and unprofessional. I sat in this office almost three hours for a urine test. I guess they don’t realize that a woman is not suppose to hold their urine. When I arrived, only two people were waiting in the office. It took over one hour for them to call anyone back. I sat there and continued to here the staff say, I’m sorry you have to wait so long. I’m sorry it’s taking too long. I also waited twenty minutes at the checkout window watching the staff goof off. They are aware that this is ridiculous. STOP apologizing and do something to get these people seen faster.

I am so disappointed at the professionalism of the front staff Molly and Sherry at the clinic. I spoke with Ms. Molly on the phone try translating for a patient who did not speak English. She seemed indifferent when talking to me on the patient s phone. I was not at the clinic. Ms. Molly was not very helpful and she said that it was a policy that she could not touch a patients phone but she did not offer any translating line for a patient at all. So the patient had to leave the clinic without knowing what to do next. Although she said she could not touch the phone she was able to tell me to call the office for appointment which was absurd because this is a walk-in clinic. I called back to the clinic using my phone because they won’t talk to me through patient s phone anymore, reporting the issue and asked why can they offer the translating line for the patient and want to confirm if there is such a policy about not touching a phone and if the staff have vaccinated for the covid 19 and is immune to the virus because it outrageous since Ms molly turned patient down, and she doesn’t want touch patient s phone. Sherry who is unprofessional as well said that they are willing to offer the translating line now that the patient s gone but hung up on me when she took it personal that it was her not doing the best that you can do for the elder patient in need of medical care especially during Covid 19.
