I should even give these ppl a star they keep over drafting me all the time won't help to stop a fraud that kept going on and I say I just want it to stop and they got a attitude that I'm not happy with so in done with them going to another one

I understand this bank is trying to keep people safe from covid 19 but it does not need to shut the lobby if people are wearing masks and if you make an appointment. I can’t even go in to discuss a loan. They want you to do in through a drive thru ud83dude44. I’m thinking about switching banks. This is completely crazy and unnecessary.
