This was my first visit with this office, while they were running behind, they kept me up to date on how long it would be. I never felt like I was forgotten or that I wasn’t being taken care of. Once back with the doctor things went quickly and smoothly, without being rushed. Once I was informed of my diagnosis I was given options on the direction of my care. I felt supported in my decision and look forward to working with Dr Simone and the physical therapy team to get healed. I highly recommend this practice.
Had the best visit today with the PA Jeffrey. So kind, compassionate, explanatory and shared so much time with me. Listened to my concerns and gave me great advice. Can’t say enough about his nurse. Such great listening skills and actually interested in what I had to say. The scheduling staff was just as awesome. Hard to find a whole practice with people this special but I did. Strongly recommended them!
I really appreciated the professionalism of everyone I came in contact with from the information counter to both women who checked me in and out. Ms Karen was awesome and I loved Dr Boe he was attentive and understanding to my needs. The radiologist was also very attentive she explained everything step by step and also assisted me with getting on and off table. I have definitely found the right place to handle my knee and hand problems. See you guys in 3 months and thanks for all your kindness.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Achecar’s for several years. I have always been impressed with the care and compassion he demonstrates towards his patients. He listens to your concerns and discusses options with you. He is very knowledgeable and stays current on developments with new procedures and protocols. His office runs efficiently and his goal is to maximize office time and minimize wait time. If you’re looking for an ortho doctor he’s the one you need.
I had a great experience at Resurgens yesterday. The PA Curtis People had an excellent bedside manner. He is super knowledgeable and he listened intently. My x-ray technician was pleasant. Vivi, my nurse was great!
