Great customer service , but getting out of their parking lot is a challenge if you have to make a left turn!!

I’m giving one star because I have to. These people are rude as hell. They look at you like you’re crazy when you walk in. They don’t speak. While standing in line, they don’t offer to help, you have to ask them if they are ready to help. This location needs to close. I’ve never ever been into a bank with nothing but deadbeats on the clock!!! They are horrible. SHUT IT DOWN
Poor customer service by every one I've been helped by at this location. The manager doesnt seem to care about lack of professionalism of his employees.nWhether it's going through the drive thru or in store , there is a huge lack of customer service at this Branch and someone is always shorting me on my change back.
This branch has serious issues. Firstly, the woman behind the counter informed me when I asked to speak to a manager that they DON’T HAVE ONE. The rude, racist, and impolite staffers at this location do a serious disservice to the generally excellent service of BB&T. I have received Horrible, late, slow, and consistently bad service at this particular branch. GO. ELSEWHERE until they close this branch down. -5 stars.
