Don’t waste your time and money like we did! Not at all easy to work with! Although staff is very friendly that’s where it ends for good news.nnPrices are same as off post high end vets. With COVID the clinic has adjusted its service to where you are not able to enter the building but instead they staff comes out and picks up you pet from you. They do a very good job of accommodating for the inconvenience and they do it well. When your pet is ready, they brink it to you along with meds (if needed), go over instructions and even bring out a pay system. Price is better than any other clinic off post.
We went to get our pets health certificates for a PCS to Germany. First they told me that my dogs rabies vaccine was not current which it was (they failed to check the rabies certificate I gave them indicating she was current). For the health certificate they did not use the correct form on the USDA website. Additionally they listed my dog as tan when she is clearly a chocolate lab. If you get your health certificates from here make sure to double check all of their work and be informed! The last thing you want is issues arriving with your pet.
