The store was dirty...u couldn't get around..stock was piled up. And for the second time, didn't have the size bag of dog food. Last time, didn't even have the dog food. And I fully understand the crises we r in, but ,if u don't / can't have your dog food, other supplies.U simply go to next supplier, whoever keeps n stock, what u need/ and when u need it. That's who keeps a customer Happy
Excellent service, friendly staff, clean store and had a rescue doing an adoption event. A+++ for sure

Everytime I go to get food for my geckos they have no crickets or wax worms. Also I've asked for help in understanding what my geckos need in their tank and no one on staff can answer my questions. The last time I went in, the guy at the front asked two people to help me and both of them had an excuse as to why they couldn't help me; one said she was too busy and the other said he knew absolutely nothing about lizards or geckos.
You lost my business and will shop at other pet stores for now on. Instead of arguing with my husband and I about face mask you should’ve furnish us one. You were not very nice and unprofessional about it. Do better!
