I had a great time there and the sales girls were sweet and a little bit flirty. They did a good job of helping me find a purse for my girl's birthday..and they helped a friend of mine get a watch and they even helped him program it to match his phone and took a few links out of the band.. Hot Chick in a skirt with a little hammer was a pretty good sight to see
The worst customer service ever. I came to return a shirt, but there was a problem in their system. It was showing that I payed with a card, I never had.nLong story short, I was trying to explain the problem to the staff lady. While doing that she was yelling at me the whole time, giving me an attitude and wasn’t listening to me at all. Then, I asked to talk to a manager, the staff lady left for 5 minutes. The manager didn’t come out to talk to me, neither did that lady. In the end, another staff gave me my money back. I wouldn’t ever want to come back to that store, knowing she still works there.nnI wish I knew her name, but like I said she never came back. But I think you can figure it out, it was on 02/29/2020 around 12:50-1:10 pm
Excellent staff, very helpful, wherent afraid to help.
If anyone has any problems at this store just know Adrianna is the GM and Sadie is a manager as well. Horrible service and even worse staff.
Guess is a little old but still relevant. Store is stocked well.
