This store should fill the gap for local runners after the closure of Spikes. On our initial visit we were pleased with the professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. They have a broad selection of shoes and gear available and apparently no shortage of the common sizes in the back storage. I was genuinely impressed at the samples suggested by the staff. She absolutely nailed it! And after shoe shopping there’s plenty to do and eat in the surrounding complex.

We were greeted on entering The Running Elements. I love this. This tells me that I'm welcome. We were there for a pair of oöfos slippers. I didn't get his name (and I'm sorry that I did not) but the tall young man could not have been more helpful and friendly. I want to thank him for his wonderful customer service. I also observed the good vibes from the other sales associates assisting other customers. You'll be assisted well at The Running Elements.

Was assisted by Lindsay, a personable and knowledgeable young, sparkling woman. I have been a racewalker for over 30 years. When Saucony discontinued my tried and true shoe style that has gotten me through 22 marathons, I was at a loss. But, Lindsey to the rescue with a newer Saucony model and a larger size to prevent the damage to my toenails as well as the wearing out of the inside of the shoe at my heel. Great service! Thank you so much!

This is an February 15th 2021 I went into running elements and I was greeted by a man and a woman who helped me was very friendly and very nice, and I brought a pair so that's all good they are, cuz my feet hurt and he found it for me, so my visit there was very good and those two were very awesome ud83dude0aud83eudd1cud83eudd1bud83dude0athank you Vesta Matthews.
