Pet Co is generally a good place to shop but 3 days ago when my 86 year old father was buying dog food the girl at the register would not help him with his bag. She was rude about it and also did not have knowledge about any of the foods. Today the woman who answered the phone was absolutely rude about grooming. She wouldn’t listen to our request - I understand if you are busy but rudeness is unacceptable. Also teach your minimum wage paid employees something about the products they will be selling. Two strikes. I won’t be shopping there again!
Easy to order on line. My order was ready for pickup within 1/2 hour. 25% off for ordering $50 on line. I had found bugs in a previous purchase from another source. Stephanie told me that if I have a similar problem with this purchase thst I should return it for a replacement.
The location by me usually has the products I need, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, and I'd rather support a local business than buy these products online.
Petco has always held a close place in my heart for acquiring my pet supply needs. Be it cats or dogs, fish or birds, Petco is sure to have what you need: if they don't have it in store they're sure to have it online. Also a cheap and easy alternative to going to the zoo!
Wish they had licks, our cats loved them,nNow they are very hard to find.
