I just want to share my experience with this store and the store manager at this location. I won the raffle for the Jordan 13 Flint. Prior to arriving I called around 11 am to verify and the store manager said the shoes would be available. Since I had to drive a good distance just to get here. I arrived at the location around 12:30 pm and the manager said he backdoored the pair I had reserved. He didn’t have anymore pairs and that he would attempt to locate one. How can you attempt to locate one of they are all sold out, also why even do a raffle if you decide on who gets a pair of shoes. Be careful with raffles at this location as they will backdoor your pair reserved.
Staff was wonderful! The ladies outfitted my first time tball player! We literally got everything we needed and he's a happy little guy. They were very knowledgeable about the different bats and which one was a great fit for him! And she took the time to interact with my son and watch him swing and hold the bat properly!
