I highly recommend Trustco bank. Mark Cooper and Helene Albanese are truly professional. They provide top notch service and are always willing to go the extra mile for a client. I would never go to another bank again!

I absolutely love Trustco Bank. Mark Cooper is so incredibly helpful and kind. I feel like it is a family visit when I go but even nicer. Seriously, I can't say enough about Mark ,the tellers and the bank. If you are considering a mortgage or just regular banking , I highly recommend this Bank.You won't be disappointed.

No delays, no fuss, easy approval, quick processing.nnI've had a few mortgages and I have to say this was pretty simple. Their communication skills were not necessarily the best, but that may be due to preconceived expectations on my part. There were times where I really wondered about the competence of the closer. But Mark was always very friendly and what was committed was provided. So in the end, it was fine. The paperwork was a breeze at closing, which was incredibly nice. It's a no frills, no escrow, low cost mortgage. Can't beat the low fees. Be prepared to budget and pay your own taxes and insurance. Trustco doesn't do escrows which is both a positive and negative depending on your opinion and perspective.

Nice friendly staff.nJust moved to the area and found this bank. Manager had an accent, can’t remember his name but very friendly. Didn’t expect that. The other banks I visited the managers never came up to me.nNot to many locations. Still I will consider them.

I had a great experience working with Mark Cooper of Trustco Bank. He was very experience and worked hard to make sure all of the time constraints I was under were met. I'm a retired Judicial Judge and have work with many investment officers, bank managers, loan officers over the years and I have seen whats out there. Mr. Cooper is a good person and it would be well worth your time to visit him if you need any type of banking services.
