We were visiting St Augustine and had decided to purchase a stroller for our pup before we ventured out for the day. I ordered it and paid for it online and received an email within 30 minutes that it was ready. We parked, called the store and a young man brought it out to our truck, helped my husband put it together and took the box it came in so we wouldn’t have to dispose of it. Great service!
Always a better experience here than petsmart. They are more knowledgeable and helpful than over at the nearby petsmart
What i needed was in stock. The sales assistant asked for my petco member card and it saved me $11. Win win.
If you're looking for fish Petco is amazing, there's a man who works there named John in the fish section and he can answer pretty much any questions you have. I bought fish in the store today and he was so helpful!
I think it's kinda crazy that they wouldn't let me make a purchase without giving them all this personal info. Name address phone email just to buy a mouse to feed my snake. What next you need my SS number. I'm glad there is other stores in town. Other than that it's a pet store. They have lots of stuff for pets
