I come here every so often to buy some new shoes. I've never had an issue
They have a good selection but last night 9-20-19 when i stopped into get shoes for my daughter. No once did someone comeover and greet us or ask if we need assistance finding anything. So i took my daughter and went to dunhams and spent a $100 there. This is not the first time this happened. They need better workers.
They didn't have the size we wanted. Had to switch colors of the shoe my son wanted. They did offer to order color we wanted and have them delivered to our house. The help should smile more!
The manager was very helpful in processing my return. Great customer service!!
