Very good customers service and there new store is amazing! they a have a line of boots called steel blue that is amazing.
We had the most wonderful individual assist us by the name of Craig. We are staying in Brookings. We called to Watertown & Craig helped us over the phone... when we arrived there he continued to help. His customer service is on point. We definitely will be sending my coworkers there.. Thanks Craig for everything....
Had good luck myself finding boots for work and whatnot. Younger, possibly new gentleman, struggled to help my friend find a comfortable replacement for his steel toe shoes, but luckily I found the perfect pair! On the clearance rack no less!
Nice, new store with great selection of men's shoes & work boots. Friendly staff. I didn't know what to expect but was impressed with the large selection and went home with a new pair of work shoes.
Great store all of the workers were very helpful. They helped me pick out some waders for the upcoming suck season. I did have to wait almost 10 minutes for service as she continued to help other customers though.
