We had a good experience at this location. Researched banks prior to deciding to open an account with Chase. Made an appointment to meet with a rep and received email confirmations & a phone reminder. We met with Heidy who was on time, pleasant, friendly & professional. He answered any questions we had, opened our accounts quickly & without trying to sell us anything we weren't inquiring about. He made sure we were able to access our new accounts online & thru the app prior to ending our meeting & let us know about other services the bank offers should we need them in the future. This location was very busy, perhaps that is why they suggest scheduling appointments.
Terrible customer service of that bank.nThey don't have good education and also they told me that I had to make an appointment by Email to do anything in my account and also there were more people behind me and without an appointment and they did attend them there
Great customer service even though they weren't available to assist me today, they gave me an appointment for tomorrow. Great service and customer service
2 of the bank employees asked if they could help and I told them I was interested in opening up a new account. One of them said we do not open accounts in the store you have to go online. I said that is odd but okay no problem. I asked would she be able to assist me or show me where to go. She started acting like she was annoyed. She became very short and even rude. I said never mind and left. If Chase allows their employees to do this they will lose tons of business.
Great bank, the best technologies at the moment so sad that they don't have a branch close to Haines City/Davenport area. Hopefully they come close to my Town
