Nice store. Employees are very helpful. They are a bit pricey so I didn't give them 5 stars.
My fur baby loves coming to get his baths and of course treats here! The grooming department is very professional and educating. Highly recommended.
Good all around , could be better at reward program. I've been shopping for years here and had to call and have someone look into it. They told me 70 would be on my account . I did some shopping to use it, surprise it was only 40$ . Employee was great !Still rewards not therr.
I feel very welcome when I come into the store. Everyone says Hi! and always there to help you find what you are looking for. Very pleasant employees.
I had been in the store a few days before and the girl at the front answered my questions with honest answers followed by advice on what I should buy. I returned to follow her advice and buy the food she recommended. She was there again and walked me back to the isle and helped me pick out the food. She then had me sign up for the rewards card.. I was super impressed with her and will go back to the store because of her great customer service!!
