Always an excellent experience but today only one person at 11:00am and after 20 minutes ask if somebody can help me, they said I have to wait 30 more minutes because nobody else can to it. Totally disappointed.

It is important for people to document and speak about their experiences, whether they be good or bad. My experience with Chase started out rather negatively; however, Will (manager)has made my experience at the local branch the best experience I've ever had with a banker or manager. Let me start by saying Will is an exceptional person, he cares about every person that walks through that door. He greets everyone with a big smile when the walk in, he has such a great disposition, it warms my heart to know that customer service like this is not a thing of the past. Will and his team are the most amazing people I have come accross in many years. Athough I propably will never have any kind words to say about Chase as whole, I will forever be grateful and thankful to Will for exhibiting such an amazing attitude towards everyone that visits that branch. Chase should be thankful to have such an amazing person to represent their flawed organization. I am quite sure he is the reason why many people continue banking with that branch. Will I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your assistance, you exhibit all the traits that a manager should possess. I will forever be grateful for the help you and your team have provided!

Good easy to access location, very friendly service.

I went today December 14 at 1pm and they only have 2 persons for Customer Service,one went to lunch and the other one spent more than 30 min so I left.No bathrooms either
