Sure glad we don't have to use this (or any) branch very often. We have been a WF customer for quite some time (using most services) and most of the other branches are better managed. One would think that management would CHANGE their approach rather than letting lines grow, ad nauseum. USPS seems to have a better sense of customer service than this branch. Please do not respond. Not interested.
I had an appointment about a month ago with a banker to help settle my dear friends estate which I had a court order for and all necessary documents for. I was basically told to leave.( I went to another branch, where the associate made a call to legal, faxed everything over and gladly took care of my needs.) I have to share I was humiliated by the way I was treated at this location. Such is life... an ounce of sensitivity training would go a long way.
# told me i can freeze i debit card and i was like when would i ever need that but anywaysnI overdrafted and might have more automatic bills coming in and its the weekend so i was scared.. Luckily # told me its possible to freeze a card.. Cause mines missing too what luck.nnThank you #nnP.s. ill be back and get your name i keep forgetting.. Very kind, generous, and straight up real. Terrible customer service. They don’t accept walk in. There’s always an issue with there system. There are a terrible bank. I’m in the process of closing my account with them and going to Chase.
