Terrible Terrible. No matter what day, what time of the day always a long line do not have enough teller's ever. Cheap location for having great business and not wanting to hire not even tellers. Terrible
My situation of fraud was handled very effective ly and my account was reinstated efficiently. All team members were professional and calm. I so appreciate their service.
The customer service is simply horrendous. The teller that met me (the black headed one on the right hand side) didn’t even tried to resolve my issue even though I kindly explained that my husband works every day as a truck driver and can’t come to the bank personally and I asked what documentation I could provide or if I could get him on the phone. Nothing worked, she rudely dismissed and didn’t even bother to try to help. So disappointed that such a great bank employs people like that.
Very Bad !!!!2 of employees including business manager lied to me and misled me to apply for a auto business loan telling me it will not affect my personal credit !!!and they ran my credit without authorization !!!not good ,going to file complaints everywhere!
