The people working at the desks are really sweet and nice, they helped me and guided me with everything I needed. My mom actually lost her wallet and when I called to ask if they saw it at the desk they even went outside to where we were parked to look. So nice thank you.
This is the first bank that I love to work with I must say the staff in Altamonte Springs n in Eutis are awesome the people in Orlando are so n so but that doesn’t stop me from going there they work with everyone very nice people I will invite enough people to joy this bank.
Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Every time I visit my branch at Semoran everyone makes me feel at home. Staff acknowledges me, they make their business to remember their loyal clients.
Despite having 0 persons ahead of me for the past 20 minutes I still had to wait. This process could run way smoother with a little sense of urgency. If the bank was open as normal I’m quite sure with no one being served nor ahead of me I would have been seen by now! This is ridiculous!!!!!
Stupidest bank I’ve ever seen. We all know zelle is the real time money transfer service but this stupid bank takes a week for a single transaction.
