Finally!!! They are closing the location. The lowest rating on Goggle maps and finally they are closing their doors for good. Would be nice if they spoke English, yes I'm hispanic...yes I look hispanic... but I know English pretty freaking well!!
One of the worst Bank of America locations. Only rating 1 star because I can’t rate it 0. Lines are ALWAYS almost out the door. Short staffed and there is always only 1-2 tellers working while the rest of the employees twiddle their thumbs. They do not care about customer service or wasting your time. If you don’t have 45+ minutes to waste AVOID THIS LOCATION!
Horrible Customer Service here! Go bank somewhere else! Branch Manager Daisy does not belong dealing with the public. Very sarcastic with her tone of voice, passive aggressive! This bank is very inconsistent with their rules! I was able to make a 18k cashiers check last month with my old last name (not the same as current drivers license) and yet today im unable to make ANY changes? Corporate needs to step it up at this location and make sure EVERYONE is being treated the same and avoid a lawsuit for discrimination!
I forgot her name but she was the nicest teller I ever met inside. She made me feel very important and was a great associate. She asked what name I preferred to be called and was very helpful . THANK YOU SO MUCHud83cudf1e
