Very dissatisfied with their technology and with the fact that they post direct deposits later then what my old bank account at another bank would do. I will be closing this account soon. I do not recommend at all
I'm so disappointed with this company. Their ATM at that location has been out of service for almost 2 years now.nBecause of my work schedule, every time that I have to make a deposit, I have to go all the way to downtown location.
Branch closed. Wasted drive.
After a year of nothing but problems with this company, even in closing my account the people at Insight Credit Union were rude and unhelpful. I was a loyal member for 6 years but the service has been going downhill fast. Don't even try to call their customer support because you'll be on the phone waiting for an hour. Would not recommend to anyone.
Worthless company. They change their system twice in 2 years, it's still the most outdated system in existence. I will be closing my account permanently.
