Great customer service at this location.
Why is it that most SunTrust banks have rude employees?? This is an ISSUE !! We come to your branch as customers!! Need to get better management this is unacceptable...Not coming her again.

Worse bank ever, came last week to open a new account and get direct deposit from my job and out of no where they close my account without explaining why they didn't even notify me, my check got desposit and now they wouldn't even get me the money back..... What kind of back does that!!!!!!
This is my favorite branch..all of the customer service folks are very friendly and know my face and name, so whenever I visit I'm always greeted like family. One time I forgot my wallet when it was in my car which was being repaired and they allowed me to withdraw $40 based simply on the fact that they know my face. Grace is my favorite. She's always helpful, friendly, and has a good sense of humor. :-)
