Michael and Gillian were fantastic. We ended up buying 7 sandals from them because of their care and honesty. I have high arches and need support and these guys patiently walked me through my options and hustled to find our sizes. Excellent service, these two are exceptional.
My first negative review ever. There is a sales guy here that is the most rude person I have encountered in a long while. Would never spend one penny there, even if it was at cost. “Did you sanitize your hands before touching that sandal?” - sales guyn“No, sorry” -men“Ya, well that is something we learn in the 3rd grade.” Sales guy.nSeriously this was my only interaction in this place in my 3 minutes there.

Last weekend I went to buy a pair of shoes (ended up buying 3 pairs) and had a young lady help me who was extremely helpful and very kind. I think her name was Andrea, (she had tattoos) anyway she ran around for me and my family like the energizer bunny, and even helped my 85 year old mother put her shoes on so she could try them on. She was such a huge help! It's people like that that we need more of in the service and sales industry. My wife is in sales and I am military and my wife see's some of the not so good people that are extremely rude but this girl was amazing. I bought 3 pairs of shoes from her. I will be coming back with my whole family again. Thank you again, great staff and great energy!!!
Stopped in and found the pair of Birkenstock’s I’ve been looking for. The sales guy was very rude and offensive. I was telling him I got my first pair from the Navy Exchange(my sons in the Navy) he said why buy somewhere else when you can support a mom and pops place. Well duhhh... it’s not where I buy them from... He proceeded to be very rude About my son being in the navy so I told him he just lost a $140.00 sale and I’d take my business elsewhere. I’m Proud my son Serves our Country!!!
