I needed help with an account and I asked them to send me specific information in writing via email. I waited over a week and it was never sent. I then emailed them about this issue daily, for four days, and they would not return any emails nor would they respond to my phone calls.nnI ended up needing to call the First Command main office to get the help I needed.nnEventually, Jason called me back and when I told him that I was frustrated that no one was responding to my emails or phone calls, he said “ok” and didn’t attempt to apologize or make things right. I’m sad to say that I do not recommend working with this office.
