I got outstanding service at this location, I ended up buying prescription sunglasses at this store even though I don’t live in the area. The staff gave me honest recommendations, and the optician was very professional and knowledgeable.
Bernardo seller is unkind, not receptive, unfriendly and does not provide advice. He is only there on the computer or focused on other things than the client. It is not the first time I visit this store and I always receive the same treatment that makes me feel as if the customer does not care. The schedules are managed in their own way and are not the same as the one stated on the website. To work in retail you need to have customer service skills, something that the employees of this store do not have.
