I like the quality of the shoes, the only wish is it could be in narrow(regular) as well. Now why i putted 2 stars...Impossible to return to the storenif you purchased online. Returns take forever I'm still waiting for refund of 2 pairs of shoes which i sent who ever know when. A week ago i purchased shoes for my daughter and i want a bigger size and i can't create a return anymore. Customer service doesn't answer the phone, they answered to my email but the way they said to do it not working anymore because some glitch with a website for a week now
The online customer service and phone customer service are useless. Spent 3 weeks multiple phone cakes and emails trying to resolve an order to no avail. Ended up cancelling the order altogether out of sheer frustration. Hard to believe their customer support were managed by the same company have liked their shoes for years but not worth going through all that..
Return takes so long time, more than a month, I have not received my refund, and customer service do nothing
My favorite shoes....they fit my type of feet
