This company is trash.nZero customer service, they don’t even answer the phone.nBelieve the negative reviews.nnIn December 2020 I bought a collar for my bfs dog ($125). Fast forward to March 2021 (3 months) and the tag with his information (owners name & number) has worn off). Still trying to figure how. ud83dude44nStones from the collar are falling out.nnThey NEVER answer the phone and I don’t want to drive from Palm Beach unless they are amenable to replacing the tag.

The experience was great until I had to come back and return the collar I purchased for my dog. I kindly called the kiosk the same day I purchased after putting the collar on my dog and she didn’t like it. I read on their site they had a 100 day hassle free return policy. So I called the kiosk and the lady told me I could come by any day to return. When I got there today oh boy was that a different experience. After the lady have me her whole speech on how this is the best collar ever and that I should give it another try and kindly declined. Things escalated when I told her I wanted a refund and not an exchange. She then was like well take a seat because I’m going to have to reach out to my manager for return approval. By this point I’m in 15 min on this return situation. I then tell the lady that it’s a bit ironic that their site talked about “hassle free” returns when this was nothing short of mission impossible. Long story short waited another 15 min for her approval code from management and I went on my way. So much for hassle free. Go elsewhere for a rubber collar for your dog. Save yourself the hassle.

These harnesses and collars break VERY EASILY NOT DURABLE AT ALL do not waste your money!!!!!! Also horrible customer service they are all condescending and rude.

Sincerely it’s the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen and try in my dog. The Sale girl was very helpful and informative. The material is so healthy, comfortable for my dog and safe, it really worth it.nBtw, they have a 5 years warranty now that cover damages in the hardware but doesn’t cover Bites or chews...So I was in the store trying to decide which color I should pick for my new set, when this other aka customer came to claim the warranty... her harness was all broken from bites of her dog, as she was explained and reminded of the warranty policy by the sale girl, this incoherent person (the customer) started to threaten the sale girl “If you don’t give me a new one, I will write a bad comment in the internet, your material it’s bad because my dog was able to break it easily” ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f. Look, I work in Human Resources also have a degree in Psychology, and sincerely these type of people saddens me... they crave for something caring very little to pay attention to important information, then they Dare to complain and get away with their unfair claims threatening people that is only doing their job? I will sincerely say that I’m a user of this product for almost 2 years and the material is very good and confortable in a healthy way, but maybe I should remind everybody that you are buying “Silicone” Not metal... so if your dog is a destroyer and chew and bites everything it sees around and on top of that you are careless, then Don’t buy it, if you are going to end up complaining as that mentally ill Customer I witnessed in the store.nI’m very certain most of bad reviews about these products are done by the same type of mentally ill customers who didn’t get along with their unfair claims, so making the summary “That’s how bad the world is”.nWill continue buying, will continue recommending, because I’m very happy to see my dog, comfortable and fashionable with his Gold and Swarovski crystals sets, he sleeps, hang around and even swim with it. No wrongs in here, just pay attention and make your decision.
