I’ve been banking with Grove Bank & Trust for over 8 yrs. I have business & personal accounts with them. They have the best customer service. You can always get them on the phone if you have a question. Not like the national banks. I’ve referred many of my clients to them. They always say why I didn’t do this sooner.
I have a personal account and our business account here and it's has truly been one of our best decisions. Best treatment ever and everyone that works there is extremely nice and knowledgeable. Thank god we were with GB&T when the pandemic began, thanks to their help we are still here too.
In today's day and age, personalized banking for a corporation makes life easier. The staff at the Aventura Branch is wonderfully attentive. They always go out of their way to make sure that my banking needs are covered. They make sure that wires are timely confirmed and done as quickly as possible. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Grove Bank and Trust.
I highly recommend Grove Bank & Trust. They have a fantastic staff led by Nelson Lopez. They know almost all client's by name. The bankers are always accessible, available, friendly and knowledgeable. There is never a wait and always a smile to help.
