Not sure why there are so many bad reviews they have been exceptionally polite & have great customer service & I have been a pain in the behind. I’ve been going there for almost a year now & during the pandemic they have been helpful as well. Never had an issue with them thus far. I’m sure there is far worse in the Miami area.
No one help in this bank !!
The bank tellers give counterfeit (FAKE) bills. !!!! They do not take responsibility for giving me 2 fake $100 bills, claiming I need to talk to the manager. Which is never there, btw. I have been waiting for them to call me for four days! Good job fooling your clients, and distributing counterfeit bills- who needs thieves when you got your own bank doing this.
A welcoming branch. I was wondering if I should open a business account here. This was my experience: I came to get a box of Quarters, Pat my rent, and get 300 singles for my store at 4:10pm. Teller said, please come next day. All the money I already locked away. Some people forget that their job is based on the service they give. Would I come here for my banking needs? Until these people get retrained, I really doubt it.
I've been a customer for this branch for several years. Customer service has never been so deficient. As soon as I arrived to the bank, my official hurried up to went out for lunch, and the rest kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes.
