Wide variety of products and friendly servicennUPDATE- Had the best customer service by an employee named Richard! He helped me find my picky eater pup a food that he loves! He gave me a couple samples to try to make sure my pup would like it before I has to buy another bag of food. So impressed with the customer service and care we received! This is definitely my go to spot for all my pet care needs! Thank you so much to Richard and Petpeople!
Have used these stores in Central Ohio, pretty much since they started out on Fishinger Rd. But the employees at this location are phenomenal! So helpful and courteous. I don’t shop anywhere else. My dogs love going in to say hello, and they always go the extra mile. Thanks for being such wonderful Oet People!
They always have the dog food I need which is a Cana not easily sound big name brand stores they always have fresh all-natural treats and also Gourmet treats for those who like that kind of thing and everybody is always nice and knowledgeable I recommend it to everybody
The staff is awesome, the selection is huge, and my dog was overwhelmed by the toy and treat selection. They have a great loyalty program!
Didn't get anything yet but employee was very very helpful and informative of products that I would need and which will work best for the breed, going back soon to get everything for our first furry family member.
