Could not get anyone to answer the phone.
Terrible customer service. Hostile bank manager. Do not bank here. Employees park in customer parking so there are no parking places.
I’ve been banking with this particular branch since 2008, there are two tellers that I always go to when cashing checks or making deposits. And they always notify when there is strange activity on my account.
$7 to cash a check. If you're gonna take money from a SunTrust account holder be sure they add the ridiculous processing charge.
Poor customer service. Walked in to open account with wife. The time was approximately 2pm. The bank traffic was low to non existing. Yet we waited for 20 mins and still no one attended to us. I would not recommend.
