go to the one on colonial. this bank will not help you with anything. they will say they are too busy and you can do it yourself on they're website. the website never works, ever. the one on colonial gets it done instantly every time.

BUSINESS BANKER MADE A APPOINTMENT TO COME IN AND OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND DIDNT SHOW UP
Something as simple as getting a debit card has been a major hassle with this branch. I went in to get a debit card because they needed to verify my address was told by two different employees that they couldn’t do it. Magically, they were able to do it but ordered the card for the incorrect account. I called the branch and spoke to the manager, expressed to her that I am a Covid-19 nurse and unfortunately am instructed to quarantine when I am not working , and all I was told was I apologize we can social distance but you need to come back into the branch. I verified 3 times with the teller- an Indian woman and then with her colleague a taller curly haired man and was told it was taken care of. Go anywhere else. These people will waste your time and apparently safety isn’t an issue with them.
