This is far the worst banking experience I've ever had in this building. First off I had questions about a transfer I did, and nobody could tell me the different type of transfers if it was wire/ACH. And the whole time just said it was wire. So the lady at the front counter just printed out my transaction history which I already know about the transfer and the confirmation # and tells me there it is. I responded I know but I need to know the type of transfer it was and should could not tell me but asked the other teller and he had no idea about the difference in transfers. They referred me to somebody else in the office and he just jotted a number on a post it and said call there and they'll be able to help you. So do they literally just place un trained employees on one building and expect it to operate? Not to mention the call service was horrific, and no help what so ever. If at all your having difficulty with your banking other then withdrawing/depositing, please speak to Jamie at this location. She is very knowledgeable and probably have the best insight and service my entire banking with this location. I changed this review because Jamie actually gave us an answer that’s acceptable and not one that’s maybe you’ll get your money back. Thank you Jamie.

I could remember a time when this branch offered Customer Service as a way of doing business. I guess BOA has totally given up on that for just profits.nSo, tell me BOA, when will you be charging banking fees for customers to deposit money into their own accounts at your bank?

Consistently the worst banking experience in Cape Coral. Long lines out door. Very Slow. 1 teller usually. Expect 30+ minute wait. Only 2 locations open in the city.

Manuel Nizama {Relationship Manager} Is the man I now call my angel sent by God to help me...nI had been trying to add a member of my family who lives out of state to my account for weeks and was given such a hard time and the run around to the point of me feeling helpless. Thank God that when scheduling my appt I was given this location because it turned out to be a blessing from God because this gentleman went far and beyond the call of duty and finally was able to help me. I highly recommend Manuel Nizama for all of your banking needs. THANK YOU MANNY! For taking the time to help me and all while being professional and genuinely caring about my needs ud83dude4f especially during these times of uncertainty.. May God bless you
