I had to stray from my local BOA and go to Clermont for business. Horrible experience. Rude and incompetent staff. They refused to honor my appointment and took over an hour to complete my transaction. A line quickly formed behind me to the door, and no one was happy.
I get solicited for a new credit card every time I go to a certain teller. For the past 5 yrs! I even say I don't want a credit card before she starts her presentation, and that doesn't stop her. I have to explain why I don't want it, to her. It's HARRASMENT. STOP I don't accept solitation at my home and don't want it at my bank
Greeted at door. Ladies at the counter were very nice. Did not hound me about opening new accounts, asked just once and when I said no thanks they we pleasant and we left.
Save your time and money go to Chase. I have never been to such a slow bank in my life. I’m always short changed on my checks that I cash. They need to get new workers here!!
I went in Friday to get information about opening a new account. As soon as I walked in I was greeted before I could sit down. I was expecting to wait for aleast 10 minutes. Alexandra was helping from another Clermont branch, she setup my new account, explained details of the account and the mobile app. The branch manager stopped to say hello and asked how everything went. This was the best overall experience with any bank that I have ever used in Florida.nnThanks for the excellent service.nnRobert Pregitzer
