Wasn’t sure this little town could fix my three hour online frustration!!!! About ready so send the almost new iPhone 11promax onto the interstate. Super friendly gentleman smiled and said sure not a problem. Saved my husband from a miserable 4 remaining hours ride home. Stellar service. Way better then Verizon online!!!! Way better than Apple tech support!!!!! Highly highly recommend!!!!!

I LOVE Karina. I came into the store to transfer my phone from my soon to be ex husband's account to my own. I was under some emotional duress and probably not the most pleasant customer when I came in. Karina had a warm friendly smile for me anyway and was able to get everything taken care of in a very professional yet personal manner. I actually felt better when I left and she also followed up with me a few days later. I needed some compassion that day and I got it at a verizon store of all places.

Met by 2 friendly, physically clean reps who had great eye contacts, heard and answered my questions and who price matched the item I was interested in purchasing which sealed the deal for me!! Thank You Verizon !!
