Absolutely LOVE this place. Every time we pull in the parking lot, my dog can’t wait to get out of the vehicle to greet the staff there. They are super sweet and great at what they do.
Shampooches has been doing God’s work since they opened! Every time I take my sweet Lexi (cocker spaniel) they take very well care of her and she looks and smells amazing! The owner Courtney is very respectful and professional and loves all her customers and their dogs like family. Their prices are the most reasonable compared to other grooming businesses i’ve been to. The shop is very clean and all the workers are very welcoming. Love Love Love the opening area of the business. Shampooches is my go to!
Not only was my Aussie groomed perfectly...I was very pleased with how flexible they were with me. They made some accommodations for me to be able to bring my pets to the them since my work schedule was proving to make it difficult. And the day I brought them in, I actually got stuck at work and wasn’t able to pick them up right away either. They were so professional and I truly felt like I was leaving my dogs with a friend. We will definitely be repeat customers.
Courtney did an amazing job with my dalmation. It was her first time to a groomer and she was nervous but Courtney was sweet and calm and made the experience wonderful! We will be new regulars for sure!
I took my lab/retriever here he’s never been to a groomer before and he has extreme anxiety. Courtney started on him immediately because she saw how scared he was she let me walk him back to the bath tub to get him in to make sure he was ok. She did really well with Mason he was very happy after we left. Definitely will go back to get him in the habit of it this!
