Bank of America used to be an elite banking institution but that is no longer the case, at least for in- person service at the Plant City branch. Good, common sense customer service there is a thing of the past. On-line banking or customer service by phone is good. I’ve been a customer since it was NCNB but I’ve jumped ship and moved over to Suntrust/Truist. They could teach Bank of America a thing or two.

Poor customer service. I do not usually come to the plant city branch because they are known for having poor service and extremely long wait times. I experienced my car being stolen, which let me coming to the plant city branch. I thought they would help me with this issue. I arrived at 3:30 PM. 30 minutes before they closed. I was told that I needed to make an appointment for need to get a replacement card. I have been without a cart since Saturday. I did not expect the manager of the bank to turn me away. I’m sure everyone understands how inconvenient it is to operate without a card. I became very frustrated. The manager could not assist me. The only thing she was thinking about was going home on time. She cared less about my card issue. She told me to withdraw some money out of my account and to come back tomorrow. Catch a plant city location is unhelpful and only care about getting off on time but taking the most of your time. Most of the time only having a in adequate amount of employees to assist you with your needs.

This without a doubt the worst example of customer service on the planet. They never have enough staff , staff they have are rude ,office staff wondering around while 2 tellers are open with 20 people in line .This is the normal at this location MGMT does not care

Probably the slowest lines I've ever been in and there was only 2 tellers lol. Multiple other people from the offices just wandering around though. Fees for just having an account with them. Switching banks TODAY. This is not a one time occurrence.
