We had a great experience with the staff members and have no complaints with the individuals. We got our daughters 2 guinea pigs from this location as their first pets (so this was a very exciting and emotional event for them). After 6 days we noticed one had crackling lungs and was barely able to breathe. We rushed it to the vet and was told it would not live, but we paid for the antibiotics to try to give it a fighting chance anyway. Even through spending hundreds later, a severe URI/Bloat, and days of heartache for our daughters the policy apparently would not cover a refund or the value of the animal in return to put towards the amount we had to pay at the vet. The only option they gave was to return the guinea pig, which would have also left our daughters heartbroken. We believe that a refund/value of the guinea pig should have been given as it was during their warranty period and we had vet statements to prove dates, treatment, and the cost of treatment.

They are always helpful. Our cat is on prescription cat food. They carry the brand. Also our dog loves the homemade dog treats
Great place. Bought a doggie bed and a chew toy. The service was great.
