Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and make good suggestions. I have been given free food samples to try and have been able to return food my cats rejected with ease. I am greeted as soon as I walk through the door. Heavy items are carried to my car. I have shopped at this store since they opened as well as a Pet Supplies Plus in the North Carolina mountains. Even though they are individually owned, they follow the same protocol in product inventory and customer service. They stand behind their products and are locally owned. Support our community businesses.
This is by far my most favorite pet supply store. They acknowledge you the minute you walk through the door, and always offer assistance. Everyone is so knowledgeable about everything too! I’ve purchased several heavy items, and someone has always offered to help me get the item(s) into my car. Great prices and great customer service keeps me going back for all my pet needs!
We love Pet Supplies Plus in Atlantic Beach. The store is clean and well stocked and the associates are very friendly. We take our dog here each month to get her nails trimmed. The groomer is quick and gentle and does an excellent job. We will continue to come to PSP as they have a variety of items and are conveniently located.
The staff there was super helpful. We adopted a cat from the humane society a few days before our visit. We were trying to find a cat tree roughly similar to the ones the humane society had. One of the girls there helped us find the perfect one. Then when we made our purchase another staff member helped me take it out to the car while my husband had our new cats tag made. Everyone was very pleasant and super helpful! We can't wait to come back!
Very good place has everything I need for my little tribe. The picture I have posted is an Incredible Gift I never had a little friend like this in my life she was absolutely incredible her name is Tootsie.
