I've been going to the Weston branch for years and for the most part I've always had a positive experience. Today I decided to bring my dog with me and Alex a had a doggy treat bag for her it was so cute. I will never leave this bank I love how the people who work there remember their clients and their families Alex and Andrea always ask how we are doing and ask about my little girl. That's customer service!!!!!!!!
Have been with the bank many years. Excellent customer service, any issues I had they took care of right away. Very pleasant and accommodating staff.nHighly recommend.

Possibly the worst “major” bank one can deal with, not friendly and not helpful, moving on
I’ve had to deal with this bank for a while. Overall it’s been a terrible experience, but the Weston Rd. Branch takes it to the next level!...if there was a minus 1 star it would belong to them...customer service is just as terrible as it can be...
