We love incredible pets! They have such an amazing variety of animals. Our kids love to visit to see the monkey, iguanas and the sugar gliders. We purchased our yellow belly slider turtles from them and the staff is so helpful every time we visit for food or supplies. I wish every store had customer service like this one. Service with a smile every time.
Purchased a bearded dragon from this store . So many things wrong . The person who helped had no clue about them . He was sold way too young . They advised us that this 2 1/2 week old baby would be ok to travel with . He was born 2/28/21 passed away 3/23/21 . I had to take him to the vet in this short period of time . These animals like all are delicate, if you don’t have knowledge about them don’t sell themnThe policy they have is horrible. I wonder if that would work for a human ?

What a fun spot! The animals all seem to be really well taken care of and healthy, and the staff was really knowledgeable about each. We got to hold birds and a snake, and are thinking about returning to purchase a parakeet. We found some great prices on natural dog treats, and took some home to our pup. Will definitely be back for treats and supplies soon.
Am not sure what their problem is. They wouldn't help us but as soon as my mask went down to breathe and itch my nose they told me to put my mask over my nose. There's no mask mandate in this state but that seemed to be the most important thing to them. Not helping us or talking about the animals. When business's make it hard to be free Americans we don't give them our money. Went to petco got what we wanted and they liked us even without a mask up.
