I ordered from this place because they had what I wanted and the shipping was free.nnWhen ordering, they stipulated a shipping and billing address. Mine are different.nnI did not receive and email from the stating they had shipped my order. After trying to call them for three days (answering machine) I finally wrote them from the web form on their site.nnNo response.nn2 Days later I finally reached a human who informed me that my order had been delivered 4 days ago. To my BILLING ADDRESS.nnThey also told me they sent a shipping notice in email, which they did not. I'd not recommend this business-- they have their own set of e - commerce rules that aren't very customer friendly.
