My husband and I have been with Bank of America for about 20 years and have had it! I can't wear a mask because of breathing issues. We just moved to Melbourne and was treated shabbily at this location too. We are respectful of the social distancing rules and that should be enough.We where told to use the drive thru or atm. This is discrimination and so we will find a bank that will work with ada protected people
Horrible customer service, you would think durring these times bankers would be more willing to help or maybe it's just the corporation developing horrible service ! -5 stars if I could.

this branch never has more than one teller at the front desk three officers and one teller at the drive-through. I have never walked in the bank to cash a check that it did not take me a minimum of 25 minutes their customer service is absolutely at a snails pace
Slow line with tellers. There were two. One interuped the other, slowed down the other. Not a smart way to train somebody.
