As a Mortgage or Auto Loan Institution....ONE STAR!nAs for the Clerks...FOUR-FIVE STARS!
Based on 25+ years of banking, this is the absolute WORSE BANK I've ever dealt with. Today I go through the drive-through to ask for my account details so I can enroll in online banking for a can loan that was signed 2-1/2 years ago. The teller kept interrupting me, then gives me the info for a savings acct that I closed, then tells me I can't enroll in online banking because I never signed the car loan Terms & Conditions. Complete non-sense. How can I have a loan for 2-1/2 years without signing T&C? The level of stupidity is through the roof at this bank. Robot-like people and zero common sense. Needless to say I am closing that loan ASAP.
The ATM at this branch NEVER works. I waste my time coming here. Absolutely useless.
