horrible corporation. this review is not directed at any one branch or person. but directed at corporate actions of said company. us bank has been nothing but a problem since my insurance claim has started. they knowingly with held a 27k dollar repair check for my roof resulting in 55k in additional damages and mold remediation issues leaving the home unlivable for months. the home is still barely livable now and they tried to foreclose because i had to get a rental. They have caused an immense financial burden on my family. they have given false statements to the hud investigators and have multiple departments that do not communicate with one another on issues regarding the insurance claim, my contract, and foreclosure threats. I fell this experience needs to be public in this review so people can get prepared by hiring an attorney ahead of time to deal with us bank. their action have depreciated my investment and ability to secure a future mortgages has come into question now.

I closed an account and 5 weeks later I still have not received a check in the mail. Hours and hours on the phone with broken promises and getting the runaround. This behavior is criminal.

I would never recommend Neal Johnson to anyone attempting to obtain a mortgage or even a PreQual letter. In my view his actions are unethical and he is NOT customer oriented. He doesn't have the time to spend and he lacks courteous/timely response. He was terrible. Stay away from US Bank.

I applied for the PPP loan through US Bank, I would recommend nobody should apply through US Bank for a loan. I sent numerous documents and who ever was reviewing the documents was of no assistance, And approximately a month later they sent a letter stating they didn't have the proper documentation and the loan was not expected. I should of went to Chase Bank, lesson learned in regards to using USBank for loans.

The US Bank team is incredibly friendly and professional to deal with. I've had great luck working with Lindsey Thomas, Tara Johnson, Andy Yauss and Neil Johnson. They come highly recommended for a good reason.
