I stopped in here today to check out CPAP machines & see what my options were. My Dr’s nurse told me to stop in & they would be able to pull up my chart & see the orders. No one told me I needed an appointment & the manager, who was the first one to approach me was beyond rude! I explained that no one had told me I needed an appointment, to which he rudely replied I could have called! I explained that I had driven in from the country & he could’ve cared less, he simply was not going to help me, unless I had an “appointment”. Instead of nicely responding I am sorry for your inconvenience, etc. I wish I had caught his name, as I will be filing a complaint. Customer service goes a long ways & regardless of how busy you are, you should treat everyone how YOU would want to be treated. You are in the business of helping people!
Needed a wheel chair for a few weeks. Broke my foot. Fast & Friendly service. My Avera my plan paid the entire bill.
The woman that greeted us was not very friendly. She was impersonal and cold explaining a delay in getting the equipment we needed.nJust kept stressing to call later. Had the feeling she was concerned we wouldn't be finished before closing time.
