CHI St. Vincent Infirmary

I had a great experience with CHI St Vincent. My doctors were all very accommodating, very knowledgeable and personable while answering all my questions. The nurses were all nice, knowledgeable, very prompt and followed all the hand-washing standards. I was very impressed with all of them! My care is always top notch at this Hospital even within the clinics. I am very satisfied with my care at CHI St Vincent!!!!

My husband had an outpatient procedure in cath lab. Staff was wonderful. Pleasant, informative and understanding. Dr. Shelly prayed with us before procedure. We spent the night and our floor nurse Jeff was wonderful. Our next procedure in cath lab the next day was equally pleasant. When lost, hospital president lead me to the room. Great job everyone!!!! Thank you for making a stressful time as pleasant as could be.

I came from Georgia to be with my sister in the waiting room. The lady who worked at the visitor check in was very rude to me and my elderly parents.nWas matter of fact to us and very unprofessionalnI am sure St Vincent doctors and nurses are good at what they do but the volunteers need helpnWith their people skills.nThis woman should have worked in the back somewhere

The whole process of getting my first dose of the vaccine was very easy. Everyone was very friendly, quick, and efficient. I appreciated seeing people I knew from all departments coming together to make this happen. All of the information was explained thoroughly.
